My Mac Snow Leopard harddrive side of my computer? Is Sophos the best for that or is there other things that can scan for Windows Spywares on my Windows 7 side of my computer while I’m on my Mac Snow Leopard Harddrive side. I hope I typed this good enough for you guys to understand what I’m saying.

1. All antivirus for Macs IS a virus.
2. Just install MalwareBytes on the Windows 7 partition and run it there.

Sophos does claim to scan the contents of the Bootcamp partition while running OSX. They had a problem with crashing, but released a newer version to fix it.
However it will not be running when you are booted into Windows so you still need to install Windows AV software under Windows for active protection.
